“Easy parking. Works for a short trip. Convenient to get to.”

“Cute place for an overnight stay. Lots of light and plenty of space. Host helped us when we have had some questions upon arrival. Note that there is ALOT of steps outside to get to the room on the 3rd floor. We arrived in a downpour making it a bit tricky. Overall we a nice stay.”

“Very satisfied with the stay . Clean quiet and relaxing stay.”

“Absolutely lovely gem of a home-hope to come back again. The goats & ducks are fun to meet too. Thanks for a great little getaway.”

“We had a great time at the house. Perfect for family and young kids. Very clean. View of lake and bald eagles! were amazing. Host was very responsive and provided a lot of extra info on location places to eat, events, etc. Would definitely stay again.”

“Property went above and beyond our expectations.”

“We had a great time here while attending a music festival. The home very comfortably accommodated my husband and I, my in-laws, our son, and 2 friends. The hot tub was excellent and so were the recommendations the host left. I would highly recommend staying here if you are looking!”

“I really enjoyed the kitchen setup and how everything I needed was there. The beds were very comfortable and having a light nearby for reading was a plus. The walk to downtown was nice. We explored Shelburne Falls out days and it did have something for everyone. I would stay here again.”

“Beautiful property, spacious and clean. This property was more than we expected, not only was everything clean with quality bedding and towels, but there was also plenty of room for all of us to comfortably spread out with a gorgeous deck that was great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Best of all, it was located within a 15-minute drive to Yankee Candle and Magic Wings as well as convenient to shopping. Would definitely stay here again as well as recommend this property to friends and……

“Very cute and welcoming B&B guest house. It was not clear to me that our private bathroom was across the hall. Some are and some not so check for that.”

“Great location. Hosts hands off unless you need them (perfect) and if you do they're on it. 10/10”

“What an incredible place! The amenities are well-thought-out, and everything was super clean and very stylish! The location is great, with plenty of walkable restaurants and cute shops. We loved our stay and highly recommend it for a couple.”

“What an amazing house!!! Owners are so helpful with everything”

“This was an amazing nightly rate for the region, and a lovely place to visit. I'm so glad we found it and was available! Brent and family take great care of the place, and it was so magical waking up and seeing horses just a few feet from the window. We had fun playing games under the gazebo while horses munched on hay. There's lots of good hiking in the area too. The suite had everything we needed like extra blankets, kitchen wares, games, and a great shower too. Highly recommended!”
