“Das Zimmer war wunderschön, und die Klimaanlage war wie in einem Winterwunderland. Wenn Sie nach 11 Uhr anreisen, sollten Sie unbedingt reservieren. Das Personal am Morgen war fantastisch, und ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!”

“I will stay here again. It was a great location for my visit. Lots of room and amenities. Highly recommend this location if you are visiting the St Louis area. Barely a mile to get to Hwy 70, so easy access to St Louis, St Peter's, Wentzville etc. Maybe two blocks from Historic St Charles and Ameristar Casino.”

“The thermostat was broke and would not heat -above 53 degrees Fahrenheit. Luckily there were two space heaters in the apt (which kind of makes me think the owner know this) we shut bedroom door and turned on the space heaters when we got to room. It never warmed up. The keypad was frozen when we left this morning and I sent messages to owner early this morning. He has still not responded to me. It was way too cold to enjoy. There are stains on the furniture and mouse trap in upstairs……

“The code to enter the building and condo were incorrect and the response time was poor.we had zero A/C the entire stay making our stay very uncomfortable.”

“This was a wonderful place for our St Charles stay - right in the heart of the historic downtown. Very clean and with nice character (exposed brick walls, tastefully decorated, etc). We had plenty of room fo the three of us, and our almost 12 year old kiddo LOVED having the loft upstairs to herself. If you are looking for a place to stay outside of St Louis, I highly recommend this location.”

“Actually I end up not staying a night of the scheduled 3 nights. I tried to get s refund but it seems the modus operande is to exhaust your patience and time so as to make you give up your claim. First, the host failed to provide any instruction as to check in, how to get the keys, and most important is that after 10PM, nobody’s there to attend to you! Arrive 12AM after a 4-hour drive and end up not able to check in. Contacted the number in the email which end up to be a call to Switzerland,……

“Das Personal war überaus freundlich, und als wir zusätzliche Handtücher benötigten (wir blieben drei Nächte), wurden diese sofort gebracht, ohne dass es uns Umstände bereitete. Das Zimmer war wunderschön und blitzsauber. Die Holzböden verliehen dem Raum eine besonders schöne Atmosphäre. Außerdem gab es eine tolle kleine Küchenzeile! Dadurch konnten wir uns Restaurantbesuche sparen, was sich während unserer dreieinhalb Tage sonst summiert hätte. Jeden Morgen konnten wir uns auf dem Weg nach……
