Excellent stay. Stayed there for 1 night with family. Very comfortable for my parents and child. Special thanks to Pradeep, Pankaj, Shikha and others at front desk and restaurant. Breakfast had lots of options and staff went the extra mile to do customizations as well. Will love to stay there again.

Had high hopes but there were renovations that were not communicated to us so we had construction noise at night whilst trying to sleep and the spa and rooftop bar was closed. Restaurant staff and food was the best thing!

Property is in middle of city. I didn’t like my stay here at all. 1st room which was allocated, had issue with hot and cold water, water leakage from then shower panel. Toilet was yellow, they even didn’t care to clean it before handing over to us. 2nd room as I have asked for room change. In that room, no fridge items, bathtub was damaged as you can’t stand straight. Ground below bathtub was hollow at some of the places which was really dangerous as it may lead to slippery slope. I had never had such issue with Ramada earlier.

Staff were excellent and food was good but room are in okay condition and some typical smell going in coridoor area, as soon as I complain they sprayed out and did action!

I am sure front desk could have easily managed something instead of telling me that person has gone out for lunch. Bathroom had some weird, sewage pipe smell especially when shower was in use.

Overall comfortable stay
Comfortable stay. Room size is small. Booked for one night so no issues. Parking is a problem if driving yourself. There Is on-site parking but it is very limited and taken up by the hotel valets. No choice but to give the car for valet parking

Wonderfully clean and hospitable hotel!
Right from the checkin, to dining, in room cleanliness and facilities to checkout. Everything was fabulous about this hotel. Special mention to the following staff that went above and beyond! The shower was not well designed and water leaked out of the shower to the entire bathroom floor. They moved us to another room and the shower water leaked to the toilet side. I had a massage and facial. Facial is not like what you would expect. I would not recommend it. Massage was ok but ambiance of the room is not soothing. The price lists all the taxes included. But I found out afterward that it is only if you pay cash, which I did not have. So, afterward, I had to walk down to the front desk to pay with credit card which totally ruined effect of the massage. The manager of the 'spa' said it is independently contracted service and she did not have credit card machine. However, I think it is still the best hotel available there.

It was major disappointment. Management and staff is worse than young trainees. You will find it difficult to enjoy room service and peaceful sleep in this hotel.

Good and pleasant hotel in Dehradun
I have been staying in several hotels in Dehradun during the past 6 years, but the Ramada Hotel is definitely the best I have stayed in so far. Clean, friendly staff, rooms correctly equipped, internet with correct speed, restaurant with a large choice of plates, good location. The only negative thing I can find is the parking is small and overcrowded. But that did not bother me, as I came by taxi.

Insensitive front office with no respect for guest
My flight was to land early at 7-30 am and I were to reach Dehradoon at 8-30 am. I called up the hotel previous night to inform my schedule and request for early checkin so that I could take some rest. I got standard non committal answers that "we are sold out so we are not sure". But anyhow I had to reach early so I reached hotel at 8/45 am and I saw that about 15people are checking out at front office. I informed hotel staff of my arrival and I was hopeful of getting a room since so many people were leaving. I kept on waiting and waiting for next one hour and half in cold and I was tired as I had got up at 3 30 am to catch my flight. But these guys didn't bother to show any sense of urgency, any sensitiveness leave apart giving me a room. I checked thrice in a polite way and I was met with standard answers. I felt like a beggar in front of office staff. and hope was fast fading of getting a room early. Dejected, disappointed, tired, hopeless...I left the hotel with my luggage after waiting for 90 mins to come back in the evening. This was my worst experience in a hotel. The front office staff on duty didn't bother to offer me a cup of coffee, a glass of water, I felt that I didn't even exist for them. When so many people had vacated the room, was it not possible for the hotel to prepare a room for me even in 90 minutes and beyond ?

I have booked through Hotels.com , the stay was pleasant but when I checked out after 5 hours I received a message that my credit card was debited to almost the same amount which I paid earlier . This was again a cheating in my case when I checked from the hotel they informed it was by mistake but I am astonish to know how they could get the card details and OTP when I have not given them . Please be careful never do any online booking and share the credit card details they can debit you at anytime .Please be careful
