While the property itself is well maintained and located in a beautiful setting, the level of service provided by the Front Office was deeply disappointing and fell significantly below the standards one would reasonably expect from a luxury hospitality brand. Throughout my stay, customer service appeared to be a low priority for the Front Desk team. There was a noticeable lack of professionalism, attentiveness, and guest-focused……

“My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the price. The rooms were damp, poorly maintained, and felt neglected, making the overall experience quite uncomfortable. The biggest letdown was the food. The buffet had very little variety, and much of the food seemed stale and far from fresh. Unfortunately, after eating there, I ended up with a stomach infection, which completely ruined my trip. For the amount this hotel charges, I expected much better standards of……

False Advertising & Financial Loss: The advertised fitness facility does not exist. I lost money on a pre-booked virtual gym session because of this, and the hotel refused to reimburse the cost.
