It was wonderful experience staying at ellbee, staff was efficient and courteous. Vijay was very helpful and extended his help and every way possible. He took is for Aarti which added feather on our trip. Overall every staff member was genuinely helpful and respectful, food was excellent with super service. Will definitely recommend to other people.

Between September 11th and September 16th 2025, my fiancé and I stayed there. My rating for Room Service would be 10/10. Rakhi is a wonderful person who took great care of our room like it was her own. Your kindness is greatly appreciated, Rakhi.🤗 However, I would like to emphasize the quality of the food and the service they provide. There is a serious quality issue at this hotel, and you need to take this seriously. After eating their breakfast, I developed heavy diarrhea and got sick. It was only on our last day that my fiancé discovered a bug, and we realized it was caused by food that was fried in expired oil. I have not complained to the food inspector, but it is not safe for guests. Most of their guests were not hotel guests but they came only for breakfast. this means they are only getting this quality food.

Excellent stay for 2 nights. Very helpful and polite staff. Ganga view from our room was mostly trees (3rd floor) but top floor common anea and restaurant floor view was spectacular. Restaurant is fine dining, somewhat expensive, but high level of service and food quality is good. . Nice ambiance with live sitar music. Included breakfast also good, with many options available, both Indian and continental, hot and cold. The highlight of our stay was going to the Ganga Aarti with Mr. Vijay (included with hotel stay). He took a group of 8 of us and did a good job of including both Indians and foreigners. He took very good care of us despite a heavy rainstorm, kept good track of us in the chaotic environment, helped us to participate fully. and arranged a tuktuk for us for the way back because of the rain. Was one of the highlights of my trip to India! Free yoga in the morning which was very good, and high tea at 4pm.

This place is a DUMP!!! Zero management, dirty, and facilities don’t work including elevator. Stayed here thankfully for only one night and definitely feel scammed by the beautiful pictures posted online prior to my booking. The actual property and amenities are either old, dirty or non existent. Bathroom had no shower curtain and water fell all over floor. Went up to roof top restaurant and no one was working, two other guests were standing around wondering what to do. Room was booked with dinner included but hotel manager refused to honor the booking and fought with us. We left and had dinner elsewhere. Save your time and money and avoid this disaster property!!!!

Excellent hotel and brilliant loco for Triveni Ghat Aarti. Hotel staff would walk one up to the Aarti and ensure all is well. This is very handy to have in what can potentially be a hectic event otherwise. Complimentary high tea was great and the rooms were spacious and clean. Thanks for the upgrade.
