“Great for the price but you get what you pay for. Its acceptably clean, comfortable and safe. BUT very noisy, congested, dirty location. If you like or tolerate Indian grit, noise pollution and chaos, then this is the place. If you seek serenity and the calm of the Himalayas and the Ganges River, spend more money and look elsewhere. ”

“For the budget price, this was a good stay. We stayed for 2 nights, the hotel was adequate. The rooms were quite basic but we loved the mountain views. We hired a motorbike from a nearby shop so it was easy to move around from this hotel, otherwise that would've been a problem because of the location. At least 30 min walk to Laxman or Ram jhula. The better vibe is on the other side of the river so it matters. The water heater took a long time to heat up and the drain clogged easily, but……
