“The hotel next door is under major renovation Although closed, you drive through that lot to get to this hotel. Afternoon front desk person was very friendly. Parking is not included in the room price. Small issues such as pancake machine at breakfast out of order and no toilet paper in the mens restroom in the lobby. Biggest issue was the room. Overnight so much humidity built up the floor became very wet. Not damp, but wet enough to soak your socks or require towels to pick up. All our……

Coffee machine ground and brewed individual coffee cups, fruit juices and still/sparkling water available on demand in the lobby. Exercise equipment and comfortable seating areas are on 2nd floor. Daily housekeeping for rooms but guests have to ask at desk for extra shampoos/soaps if they stay more than 1 night. “Checking in a small child was on a tablet while mom did laundry. Got checked in and went to eat and explore the area. Our room was very dated. I watched some tv and noticed several baby cockroaches climbing up the bedside table. I woke my husband and his foot landed right next to a larger one. We packed up. “This is an inexpensive motel. It should be compared with inexpensive motels. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The sheets on the beds appeared to be clean. That right there is a pretty good start. The beds were comfortable. Pillows left something to be desired, but did I mention this is an inexpensive motel? The A/C worked and was not especially loud. That's about all I really care about and so it gets 4 stars because it is good value for money. The breakfast was weak - no protein……
