“Easy check in. Loved this property! Yard space was really appreciated; hot-tub, ping pong, putting green! The kids loved the amazing old video game machine. Nothing like trying to beat Grandpa at games from the old days. Hosted many meals in the well equipped kitchen. ”

“For the most part we enjoyed our stay. The property owner was quick to respond, address any needs, and accommodating with requests. Parking can be challenging and other residents did not abide to quiet hours. Was surprised that there wasn't any air-conditioning, but that was an oversight on our behalf, as its not listed as an amenity provided.”

“The host was great!! He responded quickly to our needs. We enjoyed our stay and the kids had fun inside and out. Most things were good, but the bunk room had some problems. Our daughter said, “ the Bunk room bathroom shower leaks SO much. The glass does not create a seal and the water leaks through so much, soaking the rug and floor”Some of the doors in the house were squeaky.The pool & hot tub were not very clean & there was some repair needed.”

“Nice place but messages to property manager before, during and after rental were never replied to. Extra charge for parking Damage deposit kept until persistent calls to VRBO and Ocean Villas. VRBO points at property manger - Property manager points to VRBO system. Still waiting for return of $1000 damage deposit over 3 weeks after rental”

“The place was perfect for short stay to visit with my US Marine. Awesome views. Walking distance to everything. Appreciated being able to rent for one night. My only ask would have been a couple K Cups for coffee. That would be a nice touch for the price you pay. ”
