「I broke a bone in my foot on the way to Milwaukee. Upon arriving, I could barely walk and couldn’t stand the pain and foot continued swelling. We were there a total of 15 minutes and needed to check out so I could go to urgent care and head home. The front desk was of zero help and no partial refund was given.」

「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」

「It is clean but outdated, the rooms could use a refresh. It took a long time to get the rollaway bed I requested and we were exhausted. Took maybe a half hour!」

「I book a king bed room but did not get that room (2 queens instead). Not a big deal but not what I expected. There was a plumbing problem that evidently affected several rooms including mine. I did not have water in the bathroom when I turned on the faucets in the morning. After a few minutes, the water began to flow but was a dark rusty color that did not clear after several minutes of running the shower and sink faucets. As a result, I was unable to shower or brush my teeth.」
