"The staff was extremely helpful in many occasions. We needed a refrigerator for insulin and it was provided in under a half hour. When I needed to buy an extra suitcase for all my shopping the front desk told me where I could buy an inexpensive one and provided directions and the bus information. This all while also checking in guests. Complimentary breakfast was also very good. Would definitely recommend."
