Large (1100 square feet!), newly gut-renovated two bedroom, two full bathroom Villa (lower unit of a duplex). Purchased and renovated in 2020 and newly open for business!
Only 3 blocks to the heart of all the fun in Delray and 15 min walk to the beach! Lower unit of a duplex with HUGE yard and porch with swings, large outdoor dining table, seating and grill. 60" smart TV, beautiful new marble bathrooms, queen beds, and lux comfy furnishings.
