  • Beautiful spacious 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath house, with large heated pool, outdoor table with grill facilities for rent in sought after Lake Ida area in Delray Beach, FL. Beach 1.5 miles away. Buzzing Atlantic Ave with restaurants, art galleries only few blocks away. World renowned Delray Stadium and tennis center 2 miles away. Downstairs 2 bedrooms with en-suite bath (1 king and 1 twin over full bunk bed). Upstairs 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with queen , 1 bedroom with 1 king beds and 1bedroom with 2 x twin). 2 brand new full bathrooms upstairs. Amenities include a laundry room with washer/dryer, 6 lounge pool chairs, outdoor dining facilities, 2 x indoor dining facilities, pack and play and feeding chair for kids.

Everything was exactly as listed and beautiful. Really clean. Lots of household items available (kitchen, bathroom, pool toys, even a closet of baby items). One thing to note is the stairs leading to 3 of the 5 bedrooms are steep and curved. Won’t be an issue for most but if you have mobility issues keep it in mind. Colene was a great host! Super communicative before and during the trip. 100% would book this house again

Such an amazing stay!

A group of girlfriends stayed for a bachelorette party and we had a blast! The pool was a great place for us to hang out - it was clean and warm! The house is a perfect distance from all of DelRay's attractions like the beach and Atlantic Ave. Would recommend 10/10!

Everything about the house was great. There was a stuffed drain in one of the bathrooms and they got someone out right away to fix it. Spacious & beautiful. Made for a very relaxing stay.

Girls weekend away

7 "old" college friends spent a long weekend in Delray. The Totterdale was the perfect place for us. It was clean, spacious and well located. The owner was also very accommodating to our last minute travel changes and always responsive. I highly recommend it.

Very conveniently located to Atlantic Ave and the beach, also close to CVS, Publix, etc. The house was a great size for our extended family of 10. Quiet, relaxing and cozy, with a well equipped kitchen. Pool was really fantastic with lots of pool toys! We had a few small hiccups that the host addressed right away. Overall we had a great stay!

I'm so glad I ignored that one bad review because everything was great. Loved the warm pool and everyone had their own room. Lots of showers and Colene was a delight. Location is close to downtown Del Ray.

Birthday celebration

My sister in-laws joined me in Delray to celebrate my 70th. The house was perfect for our needs, we all had our own bedroom and space to hang out. The pool area was very nice and even when it rained we sat under the umbrella and played games. Beautiful neighborhood and easy access to the beach and restaurants. I would recommend this house and would happily return.
