「Staff, cleanliness, breakfast, bed comfort, AC all get 5 stars. Our only disappointment was that there was no way to stream movies or charge devices with USB cord. Staff informed us that the streaming had been down throughout the hotel for a week and the new GM was trying to have it fixed. Disappointed because we were on a girls trip and brought popcorn and a movie list. The room had outlets which included USB ports, but they were not functional. I would still stay here again as the complaints...

「The room was clean, staff very helpful, plenty of parking, close to downtown activities, Breakfast offered juice, coffee, cereal, waffles, and an assortment of pastries. One problem was the slow drain in the hand sink.」

「The room was exceptional...clean, quiet, great sleep and a good breakfast...absolutely no complaints! The young guy at the desk when we checked in was very nice, friendly and helpful ( Branden), and when I thought I didn't have a hair dryer I called down and talked to (Shamika...I think I'm saying the right!!??) who also was very nice to talk to and told me to look behind the bathroom door..lol! Would definitely come back again. Thanks for everything!」

「This hotel still has the new carpet smell. Everything was very clean. Pool was small, but great for kids that just want to cool off. Front desk staff was delightful at check-in and check-out. We had to leave before breakfast each day and the employee packed our daughter a full to-go breakfast. We stayed for a soccer tournament and will definietly be back next summer. 10/10!」

「Bay Pointe is a lovely inn. The staff is welcoming, our room had a nice balcony, clean and well-maintained indoor pool. The restaurant was good, fish & chips was the best dish. The grounds are beautiful. For a quiet laid-back trip, it is an excellent choice. The only complaint is they need to find a way to control the flys!」
