“AMAZING” best describes this new and magnificent ultra-chic 3-bedroom, 3-bath family vacation home perched on a hilltop with unbelievable mountain views. Two bedrooms on opposite sides of the house (each with 1 queen bed) with the 3rd bedroom located at the back of the house. The back bedroom has its own lounging area, a wet bar with a refer, 1-full sized bed, and an ensuite ¾-bath. The galley-style kitchen has a stealth Miele refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, induction range, Insta Hot water dispenser, and a combined pantry and laundry cubby. There is a large open living /dining room area, a dining table with seating for four and a large and comfy couch and a wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided). In addition, there is air conditioning, a backup generator, an EV charger (Nema 50 + 110v) and Starlink WIFI
There is an outdoor sauna, and a wood fired hot (soaker) tub. Please note, it is wood fired and there are no jets (or electricity. It will be filled prior to Guest arrival, but not pre-heated. Guests are responsible for heating the tub via the fire box (firewood is provided). (instructions on the hot tub will be provided as guests will be responsible for operating the tub)) This pet-friendly (2-pet maximum – NO exceptions) and monitored vacation property will comfortably sleep up to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

** This rural vacation home is located on an unimproved road that is not maintained by the county. While impassibility is infrequent, Winter Guests are strongly advised to prepare using 4-wheel/all-wheel drive vehicles accordingly. No guarantees are expressed nor implied regarding road conditions, and refunds are not provided for circumstances beyond our control.
