“The owner of the property and I spoke before making a reservation and he ensured me that all issues will be fixed before my stay. Once I arrived at the property, there were no staff on sight expect for the security guard. They were no power and their generator wasn't working. When the power was restored, the Wi-Fi wasn't available. I asked what's going on with the Wi-Fi? they promised me that I'll have Wi-Fi connection the next day in the morning.
