"My husband and I were so pleased with our stay at Pillows City Hotel. We arrived well before check in but luckily our room was ready. The lovely lady (Rym) at the front desk absolutely MADE our trip special. She was so welcoming and accommodating. I have stayed in some 5 star hotels and I can say that her customer service is top-shelf. She is one of the best! The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The only downside to the room was that we had to lower the shade in the bathroom because it faced a large corporate building (with workers visible from our bathroom). Not a big deal at all, but worth mentioning. The hotel is so convenient to all the sights…and very close to the train station. There was some construction going on during our visit, which confused our Google maps…but it wasn’t a big deal. And we didn’t hear any construction noise during our visit. We had a drink at the bar and the wonderful bartender recommended a beer and then brought over a book, to explain why that beer was so special. Brussels was a wonderful place to visit and we can’t wait to come back. We will stay here again, and again and again! I would highly recommend this hotel. We were so happy staying here, and in all honesty, didn’t want to leave. Thank you Rym and all the staff. We can’t wait to come back. "

"Loved this place. I went with a friend and asked for seperate beds. Our personal beds where really nice and comfy, not to small not too big. Next to that I was mesmerised by the design and decor, especially from the heated pool. The staff was really kind! "

"Right across Brussels Central train station. Great for day trips on trains. Easy walk to all amenities and tourist sites. We had 1 night without TV as they could not find our remote control. "

"While it’s in an industrial area - perfect for the arena nearby - it’s also extremely welcoming, comfortable and family friendly. The food (breakfast and dinner) were both standout, the room was spacious and comfortable and the staff very friendly. The whole place is very tranquil. We’ll definitely go back. "
