Beautiful, comfortable residence "Albaranas", renovated in 2019. 400 m from the centre of Dénia, from the sea, 50 m from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced) with lawn and flowers. Outdoor shower, public car park. Shop 50 m, supermarket, restaurant 10 m, bar, pedestrian zone 10 m, bus stop 10 m, sandy beach 50 m. Sports harbour 500 m, marina 1 km, surf school 200 m, tennis 500 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Albaranas", 3-room apartment 45 m2, on the ground floor. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with digital TV, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Exit to the garden. Shower/WC. Facilities: washing machine, iron, mosquito net, hair dryer.
