La casa está muy bien, lo único malo q tiene es la salida q no tiene visibilidad y es algo peligrosa xq los coches corren demasiado, para mi gusto le falta tener persianas en habitaciones ya q las vacaciones el sueño es importante, pero en general todo es excelente, hasta he notado pocos mosquitos en comparación a otros años Persianas habitaciones

Magnifique villa avec tout le confort

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette villa où il y a tout le confort. Maison très grande. Nous avons apprécié les ventilateurs et climatisation dans chaque chambre. Et la piscine est exceptionnelle. La cuisine d'été aurait besoin d'être rafraîchi. Un frigo extérieur plus grand serait appréciable. Le seul problème de cette villa est l'emplacement il y a une route très passante avec un ralentisseur, qui est assez bruyante. Heureusement quand nous sommes dans les chambres nous ne l'entendons pas mais sur la terrasse d'été c'est un peu désagréable.

Rote Finca

Sehr großzügige Raumaufteilung, überdachte und geschützte Veranda, toller Pool und viel Platz auch für Hunde bestens geeignet, außer dass man wegen dem Verkehr auf der CV 735 das Grundstück nicht zu Fuß verlassen kann, man ist auf sein Auto angewiesen. In dem sehr zweckmäßigen Abstellraum fehlt ein Tritt, sodass auch kleine Leute an dass obere Geschirr kommen, eine hochwertigere Kaffeemaschine wäre schön und da man mit dem Pelletsofen nicht das ganze Haus beheizen kann und man auch noch den Kamin anmachen muss, wäre eine Schubkarre klasse, denn die Säcke vom Auto bis ins Haus schleppen ist mühsam. Die Finca ist im Sommer garantiert traumhaft schön aber im Winter muss man ordentlich heizen.

Schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sehr schön und sehr gut ausgestattet. Vor allem ist genug Geschirr vorhanden. Der Pelletofen ist toll, um kalte Abende zu überbrücken. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, weil man schnell überall hinkommt. Die Küche wurde ausgetauscht und ist sehr praktisch. Die Gartengarnitur vor dem Haus ist super bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. Die Ausfahrt, da das Haus direkt an einer Landstraße liegt, ist vorsichtig zu nehmen, da die Sicht trotz Spiegel nicht perfekt ist und die Autos recht zügig unterwegs sind. Das einzige was wirklich ab und an gestört hat, waren die LKW die teilweise über den Hüpel (angelegte Geschwindigkeitsdrosselung) brettern, was manchmal ganz schöne Schläge gegeben hat.

Sitzgelegenheiten drin wie draußen sehr bequem Betten / Matratzen ebenfalls , die Größe des Grundstücks gerade für Hundebesitzer top, der Pool schön groß…ansonsten wieder mal ein schöner Urlaub mit Carlos Team Beleuchtung im Haus ( Wohnzimmer,Esszimmer) könnte heller sein, genau wie die Beleuchtung der schönen Außenanlage, teilweise lose hochstehende Boden-Fliesen um den Poolbereich .. Ab & an stört die in der Woche stark befahrene Straße am Haus,besonders der zur Tempo Drosselung aufgetragene „Huckel „ aber dafür könnt ihr ( Carlos Team ) nix

Tolles Haus mit viel Platz und super guten Betten.

Toll Eingerichtet super gute Betten, Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Ausreichend Geschirr. Viele tolle Sitzplätze im Außenbereich. Toller Pool. Wie waren jetzt das 2.mal in dem Haus und sicher kommen wir wieder. Die Beleuchtung im Esszimmer ist gerade wenn man Spiele-Abende macht sehr dürftig.

Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Garten

Das Haus, der Garten, der Pool, alles wirklich super! Reibungsloser Ablauf bei Ankunft und Abreise und sehr guter Service, wie wir es von Carlosferien seit vielen Jahren gewohnt sind. Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in der Finca La Plana verbracht und buchen wieder bei Carlosferien. Trotz der tollen Finca würden wir dieses Haus nicht nochmal buchen. Das Haus & das Grundstück ist toll, aber leider liegt es direkt an einer Straße, die doch recht stark befahren ist. Dafür kann Carlosferien natürlich nichts, hat aber die Ruhe etwas beeinträchtigt.

le jus d'orange que l'on peut se faire tous les matins et la gentillesse et disponibilté de toute l'equipe mara rene kevin tamara dory sven et tout les autres pour le prix demande a la semaine il faudrait que le proprietaire change son frigidaire de cuisine qui commence à s'éssoufler ainsi que la table salon de jardin blanche par contre s'il est possible d'augmenter de 100 à 120 l'option electricte par semaine sinon tout va bien
