Luxuriöse Villa!?

Lage (ruhig) und Größe/Platzangebot des Hauses waren sehr gut. Die Außenansicht des Hauses: Fassade gerade auf der Terrassenseite sieht dreckig und ungepflegt aus-braucht dringend neuen Anstrich, die Fensterrahmen sind lange nicht gestrichen worden-waren teilweise morsch und nur einfach verglast, leider keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern, für eine luxuriöse Villa kann man erwarten das die Fensterscheiben am Poolbereich geputzt sind und die Terrasse bei Anreise gefegt ist.

Villa agréable

Nous regrettons que la remise des clés se fasse en agence et non pas sur place, cela nous a fait perdre du temps et s'avère moins pratique. Toutefois l'agence a fait preuve de professionnalisme et le personnel parle de nombreuses langues étrangères ce qui rend les choses plus facile. Pas d'état des lieux à l'entrée, ni à la sortie, ce sont les femmes de ménage qui s'en charge. La villa est jolie et nous y avons passé un agréable moment en famille. Dans l'ensemble il n'y a pas grand chose à redire à l'exception peut-être de notre déception sur l'entretien des abords de la piscine qui étaient remplis d'une épaisse couche d'épine de sapin, qui malgré ce que l'on nous a répondu à l'agence, ne datait pas de la nuit précédente. Ce qui nous a obligé à tout nettoyer nous-mêmes au jet d'eau avant de pouvoir profiter de la piscine et de la terrasse. L'autre point d'amélioration pourrait être le remplacement de certain électroménagers tels que la machine à laver ou encore le sèche linge qui semblaient ne pas fonctionner correctement. Enfin, un seul frigidaire pour une si grande villa c'est peut-être insuffisant, en tout cas ce n'est pas commun

Excelente ubicación si buscas tranquilidad, buenas vistas y relax. La casa es muy espaciosa tanto interior como exteriormente, está perfectamente equipada con todo lo necesario, Experiencia para repetir en próximos años.
