A very nice villa, needs a lot of TLC , but quite comfortable, the pool and view was its saving grace,pity no spare bed linen or towels, expect this service at this price, unless updated will not be using again.

Spectacular views
The villa was lovely - the outside area was great with a fabulous pool. There are wonderful views of the mountain behind and of the town and sea in front of you.
The villa has everything you need although some things could do with an update eg, the mosquito screen in the main bedroom was a little torn and the fridge was slow to get cold. We would recommend having a car because the road up the hill is pretty steep - it was great for keeping fit (and having the views) but it would be difficult with groceries etc.
Overall, as a family we loved staying in the villa and would recommend it to anyone.

Grandios sind der Pool und der Panoramablick über Dénia und das Meer. Wir haben lange nicht einen so schönen gepflegten Pool und Anlage gesehen. Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alle Einrichtungsgegenstände sind vorhanden. Leider war das Geschirr größtenteils sehr verschmutzt und wir mussten eine Abtrennung im hinteren Teil des Gartens provisorisch errichten, damit unser Hund das Grundstück nicht verlassen kann. Alles in Allem ist das Haus sehr zu empfehlen, wir ziehen einen Stern wegen der doch sehr verdreckten Küchenutensilien ab und würden empfehlen die Korbmöbel im Außenbereich dringend zu erneuern. Die Anlage mit Pool selbst verdient 5 Sterne ebenfalls die tolle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Vielen Dank für diesen schönen Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.

Piscine de rêve.
Très belle maison… vue magnifique et piscine de rêve.
Il y a juste les travaux et le bruit de construction des maisons alentours qui nous ont un peu gâché le plaisir.

Und was gegen Mücken ;)
Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und auf jeden fall einen Urlaub wert.
Wir sind als junges Paar spontan Mitte April mit Hund angereist und hatte eine super Kommunikation mit Quality Rente, auch hier würden wir jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub buchen. :)

Schönes Haus in Top Lage, Aussenanlagen und Pool perfekt
Das Haus ist großzügig und ideal für 4 Personen.
Die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen, die Kücheneinrichtung ist alt und zusammen gewürfelt, der Dunstabzug ist verrostet und geht nicht, Herd bzw. Kochplatte müssten erneuert werden. Reinigunsmittel, Mülleimertüten etc. stehen nicht zur Verfügung.
Die Auflagen für die Liegen und Stühle im Aussenbereich sind alt und verdreckt.
Die Bettauflagen und Matratzen müssten auch erneuert werden.
Im Flur befindet sich eine Abstellkammer für Staubsauer, alte Kleinmöbel etc. ohne Türe bzw. Vorhang, könnte man mit wenig Aufwand verschließen.
Das Aussengitter der Türe zur Terrasse ist zwar vorhanden, läßt sich aber nicht absperren, was für den Feriengast ein fehlender Sicherheitsfaktor ist.
Da der Vermietungspreis sich im oberen Level bewegt erwartet man auch im Innenbereich diese Voraussetzungen.

Ich habe die Möglichkeit gehabt in der Villa Montgo meinen Urlaub zu verbringen.
Es war eigentlich egal wo man sich in der Villa aufgehalten hat, man hat immer den Traumhaften Blick auf die Stadt Denia und das Meer. Sehr schön der große Pool und
dazu der schöne gepflegte Garten. Aber auch die Möbel im Haus oder auf der Terrasse waren hochwertig und sehr bequem.

A very nice villa. Clean, well equipped and very nicely appointed. The location was very peaceful and the pool was lovely and relatively large. The views were also impressive. We found the Consum supermarket very good both for selection and quality and it was only five minutes away.

Trop top, trop beau, à ne pas manquer, c'est un rêve. L'emplacement de la villa, un peu en hauteur avec une vue dominante sur Dénia et la mer - exceptionnel, le jardin soigné et grandiose, la piscine d'une propreté et d'une grandeur à faire pâlir Beverly Hills, la villa spacieuse, bien agencée, confortable bien qu'un peu rétro quant à l'ameublement - mais ce n'est qu'un détail futile. Bref c'est SUPER, UN RÊVE !!

One of the nicest houses we've ever been. The view is incredible and the tranquility in this area amazing. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and clean house. voor ligzetels zijn aanwezig een groot pluspunt wat niet overal zo is, Privacy is hier een groot pluspunt. Groot zwembad 12mx6m top. Wij gaan zeker nog eens terug.
