「Service was non-exsistent. The location of the Spring Valley Ranch was incredibly difficult to find. The interaction with the only representative encountered was to describe me as “a dude”. The room, though fine, was poorly lit. Decided not to stay and drive 2 hours to find a decent accommodation.」

「If you are looking for a remote getaway, this is the property for you. It's a beautiful, clean home with everything you need to prepare meals. The view of the river is lovely and we saw deer, rabbits, and even a bald eagle. However, be aware that the last 20 minutes of the drive is on gravel roads. The only disappointment was that there was no river access, so we had to leave the property each day and drive 30-40 minutes to a public access location. We had hoped to swim and fish at the property...

「We absolutely enjoyed our time here! We stayed 3 nights which allowed us to enjoy all of the amenities! The cave has a beautiful natural spring, the hiking trail was well kept, the hot tub was up to maintenance, there were several activities, house keeping rules were easy and clear, and the host answers back very quickly. She also emailed us about a storm in advance and how/where to take shelter. I overall enjoyed the experience and the host was easy going! We will likely be back in the future!」

「The bed, despite the limited headroom, was very comfortable. The whole cabinet was quaint and quiet - perfect for us. I took a nap for the first time in YEARS. I also took a pic of the mattress and will looking at those when we shop for a new one.」

「Very nice set up. Pretty flowers around the yard. Covered boat dock is awesome. Lots of stairs so be prepared if stairs are hard for you. Was kinda disappointed at the worn out patio furniture. I wasnt sure the chairs around the table were safe to sit in. There was quite a bit of water damage around the cabin also. Due to sensitivities to mold I was up coughing every night. For the most part I was satisfied tho. 」
