Thank you for the feedback! The kitchen chairs have been replaced. There are additional pillows and blankets in the closet and some of them will be removed. For future reference: 1. Please review furniture pictures carefully before booking; there is no immediate plan to replace solid wood furniture bought about 10 years ago. 2. Damaged furniture will be replaced and may not match others in style and/or color. Pictures will be updated as soon as possible for your reference. 3. Please let me know about cleaning issues soon after checking in or during your stay. It is difficult to communicate with cleaning crew and make corrections about their work many weeks after. 4. Liquid hand soaps are provided. If you bring solid soaps or shampoos, please take them with you in an environmentally friendly fashion.

Thank you for the review. I would like to take this opportunity to clarify a few things for full transparency and future reference: 1. The beach is about 100 feet from the unit. If you sit on the bed in the master bedroom looking at the ocean, the beach is about 118 feet away; if you sit on the balcony and look at the ocean, the beach is less than 100 feet away. 2. The unit faces south, the ocean. The Sun, the Moon, the planets, and the stars all rise in the east and set in the west. The Moon and the Sun pictures seen in VRBO website were taken on or near the beach with 180 degrees of ocean view, from east to west. 3. If any kitchen supplies are missing, inadequate, and/or broken, please let me know as soon as possible so that they can be addressed promptly. There are additional plates in a bar cabinet and bowls in the kitchen cabinets. There is a knife block set on top of kitchen counter. Please ask if you have special needs. 4. A new stainless steel can opener is added to replace the old one. Please wash it like any other kitchen utensils after use. Thanks again for the suggestion! 5. Please let me know any cleaning related issues as soon as possible after checking in so that I can communicate with the cleaning crew effectively. 6. There is no plan to replace the built-in microwave/convection oven with a digital display. Please review the picture of the display before booking. 7. The materials in the cabinet under the counter will be purged periodically in an environmentally friendly way. 8. Chairs in the kitchen are replaced by wood chairs. 9. Bathroom's pop-up plugs and glass shelf above the sink will be checked. 11. Closet doors limited useable space and were removed. 12. A new towel tower is added in the master bath. A return guest loves it. 13. There is a cable TV and a smart TV. For the cable TV: you use TV remote to turn the TV on/off and use the cable remote to change channels.
