Our family really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, well stocked, exactly as described. The location was in central Cape Cod and a short drive to National Seashore, Hyannis, Yarmouth, etc.

Beautiful home, dead end street, had everything that you would need! Clean and very comfortable! Perfect location, just one block or a short walk to the beach. Only complaint was that the twin bed was not very comfortable, but it was still OK. Would love to reserve it again this year and next year, but it doesn’t look like there are any weeks available!

This is a small beach house that has a well-equipped kitchen and is in a very convenient spot in Dennis Port. It is walkable to multiple restaurants, including Ocean House, Wee Packet, Wooden Shoe, and Sundae School. My husband, toddler, 3 month old, and I very much enjoyed our stay, although we felt a little cramped at times. The ventless washer/dryer was small, but worked well for our needs. The beaches within walking distance of the home were nice, easily accessible, and not particularly crowded.

Typically when you stay in a rental something is missing, the furniture in uncomfortable, or the mattress kills your back. NOT SO! We loved the small living room, the beds were so cozy, and the sun porch, even though you couldn't sit on the cushions for long, the bright windows and the breeze made up for it. Every utensil, appliance, pots and pans, glasses, were thought of and then some. We were within walking distance to a park with walking trails for the dog too. The home was refreshing, and close walking distance to the beach which was small but had ample space. Our one complaint was the weather, which you cannot control, and we were disappointed with the 30 parking when we wanted to visit Mayflower Beach and some other areas. Maybe this could be communictaed for folks to get a week pass? Overall, this was a great rental. Thanks to the ownder for taking such great care of our needs.

We really loved staying here, great location and CLEAN! We're a small family and found it fit us perfectly. The playground is good for kids and the beach is delightfully close. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a "typical" Cape-cation.

Very clean. Nice walk in shower. Small cottage but enough for the 2 of us and our 16 pound dog. Quiet area. Needs new mattresses and comfortable seating. We had already spent 3 weeks on theCape at a 3 bedroom house, but moved to this cottage for 1 week. Although ,we enjoyed our stay.
