Sarana dan prasarana perlu perbaikan.

Saya hrs pindah kamar sebanyak 3 kali, krn fasilitas kamar tdk bisa dipakai sebagaimana mestinya, sarapan pagi yg disediakan selalu sering habis sebelum batas waktu sarapan pagi selesai, sehingga seringnya tdk dpt sarapan pagi dgn baik. Sehrsnya manajemen memperkirakan dgn baik jumalh tamu yg ada dgn jumlah makanan yg hrs disediakan, tentunya harga sarapan tsb sdh termasuk dlm cost kamar, jadi perlu dipersiapkan dgn baik dan direncanakan dgn matang.

I stayed with my partner here and we had a comfortable and clean room. The staff was friendly and eager to help us anytime. The breakfast was good and they serve lunch and dinner as well (with additional charge). The best thing is the location. It is located in the heart of denpasar city and many attraction nearby.

Mosquitoes infested room

We asked for a quiet room. The room was indeed quiet but there were at least 10 mosquitoes in the room. We couldn't sleep well the entire night with the insects biting us. Try to ask for rooms that are closer to the swimming pool than the garden as there will be less possibility of mosquitoes.

Kesan pertama, staf front desk sangat ramah, professional dan sangat charming - feel very welcome. Lokasi hotel berada dekat di tengah kota, tempat untuk dining / makan hanya diseberang jalan. Cocok untuk yang senang dengan explorasi culiner nusantara. Kondisi hotel dan kamar bagus dan sangat nyaman, kami request one double bedroom and one twin bedroom (connecting room) dan kami mendapatkan kamar sesuai dengan permintaan kami. Very happy and will come back to stay in the near future. Highly reccomende for a day or two days sleeping as a stress release.

Middle of nowhere

This hotel is quite away from the tourist areas of Bali, it's clean, with a very helpful staff. I ran into trouble when my transport didn't show up for a leg of my trip that I had booked independent of the hotel. The staff jumped in with calls and telephone conversations to straighten things out. Everything about this place is good, except the location.

Kami coba konfirmasi katanya akan di cek web tempat kami pesan krna alasan mereka pada saat itu web mereka error, dan salah seorang staff perempuan berkata akan menghubungi kami setelah cek web, tapi sampai hari ini tidak ada konfirmasi apapun, padahal kami menginap 4 malem dan 4 kamar dan besok kami akan check out. Geared towards local business travelers

Considering this is a country where most people have a hard time feeding their families, this hotel is pretty posh. There is air conditioning, hot showers, and TV. You will not find five-star amenities like you would in the US or Japan, but it is clean, neat, and the staff is happy to provide you with anything you may need. Denpasar is clearly the bustling financial center of Bali, and this hotel seems to be situated in the center of it all. There isn't much in terms of sight-seeing, which we knew before we went. We stayed here to recover from our trip here, get our bearings, and prepare to move on. Overall it was an excellent experience.
