Parking
Free on-site parking is available outside the garage. There is a limit of 5 parking spots available.

Occupancy
Maximum occupancy is 10 people at all times.
Only registered guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property.

Check-In & Checkout
Check-in: 4:00 PM or later
Checkout: By 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late checkout must be approved in advance and is subject to availability.
Approved early check-in/late checkout: $15 per hour.
Unauthorized late checkout: If a guest remains in the property beyond the 11:00 AM checkout time without prior approval and the delay interferes with cleaning, maintenance, or a same-day turnover, additional charges may apply, up to the applicable nightly rate.

Free driveway parking for up to 5 vehicles.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Please be considerate of our neighbors.

No Parties or Events
The short-term rental may not be used for the sole or primary purpose of having a party venue (wedding reception, concert, bachelor or bachelorette party, or any similar activity that would assemble a large number of attendees).

Smoking
Smoking, vaping and e-cigarette use are prohibited inside the home. Evidence of indoor smoking may result in an additional cleaning charge of up to $300, when applicable.

Pets
Pets are welcome with the applicable pet fee.
Please clean up after pets inside and outside the home.
Pets must be kept off furniture.
Guests are responsible for pet-related damage or excessive cleaning beyond normal use.
If you have a pet and did not pay the pet fee, please message the host and we can adjust the reservation.

Trash Collection
Trash and recycling are collected Thursday. Guests staying Wednesday night may be asked to place the bins out for collection.

Landscaping
Professional landscaping is performed periodically. Outdoor service providers may access the yard when necessary and will not interfere with stay.

Utilities & Wi-Fi
Please turn off lights and appliances when not in use.
Wi-Fi is provided as an amenity; occasional provider or area-wide outages may occur.

Mail & Packages
The property may not be used to receive personal mail or establish residency. Please arrange an alternate location for mail and package deliveries.

Length of Stay
Reservations are limited to a maximum of 29 consecutive nights.

Damages
Please report accidental damage promptly so we can address it as quickly as possible.
