quick weekend trip with kids

We were in town for a shower and we have tons of family in the area so mostly just slept at the house but it was very clean and welcoming. The kids loved the basement bunk beds. This is off of a busy somewhat busy street but we were not bothered at all by any road noise. We would stay here again so we can enjoy the back yard! The kids also loved to snack on the provided s’mores kit :)

Beautiful Spacious Home

We really enjoyed our stay - the home is clean and spacious. 4 fairly large bedrooms and 3 baths, plus additional bunk beds in a great room downstairs. Plenty of room to spread out and still be together. Kids loved the Foosball table and we all enjoyed the fire pit and the surprise gift of the fixings for smores. The original listing for the home (and the welcome book inside the home) had the house number transposed. Took some driving around to match the picture of the home to the actual home. Assume this has been fixed - this home was the best I've stayed in through this app.

Colorado Stay

I loved how easy and fast it was to communicate with the hosts and with Airsimplicity Customer service! It gave me peace of mind knowing that I could reach out to them anytime about concerns or questions. The house itself was extremely clean and well maintained. They provided an ample amount of towels for us and the outdoor pit and s'more's supplies was a nice touch. The beds were very comfortable and had no issues with sleeping. I usually have a hard time sleeping in my vacation home beds since many of them are cheap and uncomfortable. The basement’s bathroom water pressure was extremely weak and some of the guests of our party had to use the bathrooms on the 1st floor to shower. So we essentially only had two bathrooms instead of three. Overall I would recommend this vacation home from the spaciousness, comfort, and communication.

Septic System Leak

Arrived at the home to a septic system issue that had the home smelling like sh*t, which it literally was. Management called to tell us there was a leak after we had arrived, offered no alternative lodging and said they would work on a fix. We avoided the house as much as possible as two plumbing teams came to repair. Each time we returned, the home reeked of feces. Management sent a shipt order of chips and cookies to say sorry. Waiting to hear back on a refund. The rental should have been cancelled before we arrived but rather we were led on and forced into one of the worst experiences we've had renting. The owners should be embarrassed and future renters aware of the risk when booking.

Great stay!

Nice house. Pretty central to the Denver area. 15 minutes away from most things. Accommodated 6 adults and 4 kids easily.

This house was comfortable and had plenty of space with 4 bedrooms. It was very clean on the inside. The location worked for us as its about half hour away from many area attractions. There were special touches such as games and other amenities. For improvement, the trash cans on the outside needed dumping. The hosts were informed and kept in communication about it. The address given to us was slightly off so it took a bit to find it. Overall this was an excellent experience. The communication was good.
