Close to public transportation, shopping, grocery stores, and 30-minutes to Denver International Airport.

No parties or events.

- 25 minute walk or 10 minute drive to Light Rail station, get to Downtown Denver, DIA, etc.

This is a CHILD friendly home and property.

Due to skin/hair varieties and potential allergies we do not have toiletries at the house. There are multiple stores for purchasing your favorite items close by, and noted in the binder at the home.

There is NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE allowed in the home, or anywhere on the property. If there is evidence of smoking, drug use, or the smell of smoke or drugs, a $1,000 penalty will be imposed.

Semi-circle drive - 2-3 vehicles
Gravel drive to left of home - room for 4-5 cars, or (with advance notice) an RV

We (the owners) live two miles away, so if any issues arise we can be there quickly to figure things out.

We ask that you pick up any waste from your pets, and keep them off the furniture.

Keep noise to a minimum after 9pm.

There are THREE video cameras on the property: one above the front door, one on the side of the garage overlooking the backyard, and one over the garage door facing 115th St.

Groups of visitors that may signify a party or a neighborhood disturbance are not allowed.
