    The Space:

    5 bedrooms (1 king + 5 queens, 6 beds) and 3.5 baths across 3 levels.



    Main level: open living room with a gas fireplace and 65-inch smart TV, a chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an island that seats 5, dining for 6, a no-stairs queen bedroom, and a half bath. Out back: a fenced yard with a Weber grill and outdoor dining.



    Second level: spacious primary suite with a king bed, freestanding soaking tub, and walk-in shower, plus two queen bedrooms and a full bath.



    Third level: entertainment lounge with two queen beds, a 70-inch smart TV, and a wet bar, plus a full bath and the rooftop terrace with firepit and views.



    More: 1 Gig WiFi (377 Mbps), 4 smart TVs, dedicated workspace, in-unit washer & dryer, and smart thermostats.

    - Exterior security cameras at the front door and back patio, for guest safety.

Great place to stay

The house was great for our family. Everyone, from teens through grandparents, enjoyed their stay. Plenty of room to gather and also to spread out. The house was well stocked, clean and close to everything we needed. The check in and check out were both seemless, and the hosts checked in with us to make sure everything was ok/we had what we needed after we checked in.

Wedding Event

This home was perfect and worked well for us. The neighborhood is great. It is located by a ball park, police station and firehall. We felt safe and had great time. We hosted the bridesmaids getting ready and the downstairs is spacious and comfortable.

Wedding in Denver

There were seven of us and we needed enough bedrooms. Alfredo's place was perfect! It had a great living room kitchen area. Plenty of room to cook for this big group! Beds were good and fireplace was great, as were all the TV's throughout the Townhome. We definitely had a great time! I would rent this place again!

Great girls’ weekend getaway

This property was perfect for a girls’ weekend. The host was very responsive. The property was very clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the sidewalk was not shoveled during our stay. Hauling luggage over the snow was difficult.

work convention

My company was traveling to Denver for a work convention and was in the need of 5 rooms for 5 adults for 5 days. The location was safe and clean. All the appliances were in working order, never ran out of hot water, easy freeway access, amenities were close by, and would definitely recommend.

Bright and spacious

The house is very spacious with 5 bedrooms on three floors and can sleep many comfortably. It was very clean and had enough plates and utensils for a large group. There was a comfortable seating and eating area and the kitchen was fairly well equipped. The air conditioning functioned well, despite it being very hot. The location is good if you need to be in Englewood or close to Swedish hospital.

Great location to our wedding

This home is located just off a main street and convenient to many stores and amenities. Couple of issues with the plumbing, and being right by the police and fire was good and bad. Not a home for older folks, 85+ or so. Uneven stones to get to the front door. Host was great and easy to work with. It is a 3 story so as you would imagine it is warmer upstairs, but 2 ac units is helpful.

This home is perfect. It’s bright, clean, well maintained, and the host was welcoming. It’s also close to the highway and essentials like target, Walmart and Costco. We would definitely stay here again when in Denver.

Family holiday gathering

Great, large, modern house with plenty of space for a large family to stay for extended weekend. Easy access to highways and activities. Plenty of bedrooms/showers/multiple tv spaces for a group vacation. Would have liked to see standard tv instead of Peacock, but everything else was perfect.

Great for what we needed

Great location near downtown Englewood and plenty of space. Group of friends stayed here for a long weekend to catch a show at Red Rocks and it worked great as a base camp. The interior of the house was a little beat up (minor wall/ceiling damage) and the online listing was not updated (said there was a PS4, but that was inaccurate); however we weren’t there to play video games, so it wasn’t a problem. Property manager was quick to respond to questions and helpful.

Family college visit

We stayed at this townhome (attached to 2 other townhomes) with my family of 6 for a visit to the Denver area to tour colleges for my oldest. The home proved perfect for us as each of my kids was able to have his/her own bedroom. The finishes in the house are top notch and the internet is excellent. The house served as a great launching pad for our visit to the Univ. of Denver (4 miles away), Red Rocks Ampitheater, and river rafting in Idaho Springs. I would stay there again.
