Amazing aurora property

The house was fantastic and in a great neighborhood. Plenty of beds and rooms for our party of 10 and the pool and arcade were a great hit with the kids. Check in and checkout we’re by far the easiest of any Vrbo we’ve stayed at and made the stay that much better. We’ll absolutely stay here again when visiting Denver.

Beautiful home definitely 5 stars for sure

Pool and hot tub with all the pool toys you need. Nice deck to lounge out on. Indoor and outdoor speakers video games and bar in basement. This house is designed very well. Owner is great to work with.

There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 4 small childern. Kitchen was definitely big to do my cooking and lay out food. Beautiful and i do mean Beautiful home. You will enjoy it. Best one i have stayed in. Definitely will be booking again !!!!

The house was great! There was lots to do and plenty of room for everyone. The pool was nice and warm, but needed a little cleaning. It was still great to use though. The house was also well stocked so we had what we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Nice house for quiet family

The house was nice and did the job for my small family. It could use a little TLC including deep pool cleaning but nothing that was earth shattering. It seems as though the owners have been having some issues with the surrounding neighbors and we kept receiving reminder emails just for our knowledge that kept moving the quiet time up that became a little annoying. For the price point and amenities of the rental, I don’t think feeling uncomfortable to go outside was the best for us. Thankfully we were out enjoying the city for majority of our time. For renters staying with multiple guests that might be lively, I would recommend getting all information up front because there are some complaining neighbors from my understanding.

Good Place/Noisy Neighbors

Overall happy with place/owner. Communication was good. There weren't enough towels when my group of 9 arrived (laundry wasn't finished from previous guests). I went to target purchesed a few and was refunded quickly. Issues with neighbors of this place. Dogs left in yard for multiple hours throughout the day and will consistently bark at your group if you're outside trying to enjoy the pool/yard. Also said our group was being too noisy at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon of labor day weekend when we were just enjoying the pool/yard and didn't have any other guests over. Fine place with good owner but neighbors are an issue. Only book if your group is 6 or less or a small family.

The perfect spot for a weekend getaway in Denver. We came for my brother’s bachelor party and this place was the perfect distance to everything we did: 25 mins from Red Rocks, 30 mins from Blitz Paintball, 45 mins from ATV tours. the house was perfect as well. arcade games, perfect yard, grill, tons of bedrooms. would definitely stay again

Me and my friends came to stay at this beautiful home in Arvada. The host was very communicative and responded in a timely manor. The pictures don’t even showcase how beautiful this home is. It also has great sun light for pictures. We will definitely be staying here again.

Nice stay in Arvada

We very much enjoyed our stay in Arvada.The property is exactly like the pictures, and perfect for teenagers/young kids (The kids particularly liked that they had the basement to themselves!). The pool and arcade were definitely highlights!!Property had a few issues that I spoke to the Management Company about (Freezer, bed frame, lights, stools, locks/side door). Overall, the issues were small and the Management Company agreed that they would look into them all, but for the price, some of these should have been detected prior to our arrival.

The house had plenty of room for our party of 9. Be aware, though, that 3 bedrooms are downstairs in the remodeled basement. The carpets could use a good deep cleaning. It was nice to have a pool but it looked dirty and had to be cleaned twice. The rental company was very responsive in getting our issues resolved. The backyard is nice. Be warned that the neighbors will complain to the rental company if they think you’re being too loud or having a party. We got a noise complaint at 2 pm and we were not being unusually loud.
