Excellent home away from home!

This property has a great central location. Home is clean and well appointed. Comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms makes it easy for 2 couples to stay comfortably. Has a basement unit and people were staying there but we only heard them when they were leaving 1 time. Excellent Communication with the host. will stay again!

Great location

This is a great location. We hiked around the Denver area for a week, and this location was perfect. The kitchen and bathrooms are beautifully updated. Justin was fantastic with ensuring that our stay was great and is very trustworthy and easy to communicate with.

Great location for city & mountain access.

We had a short stay to attend a concert at the Red Rocks Amphitheater and the house was in a great neighbourhood. It’s walkable to shops & restaurants but having a rental car enabled us to venture further out. Uber and transit is also available in the area. The house is well furnished: lots of dishes and cookware, comfortable beds, nice linens, soaps, shampoo & conditioner, as well as a hair dryer, laundry supplies and plenty of closet & drawer space. Noteworthy considerations: excellent water pressure in the showers; programmable air conditioning maintains an even temp, good parking and a quiet neighbourhood for restful sleep. Restaurant recommendation: we had a great dinner at Manning’s Steaks on West Almada Ave. It’s casual and friendly with top quality food and drinks. Justin is a very responsive host. We will definitely stay again when visiting the area.

Close to Dads

Very nice place and close to where my dad is living in assisted living. Great cooking supplies, plenty of cups, plates, silverware and wide assortment of glasses. Worked out great to have dad visit with us all day Friday. We were able to cook dinner for, my dad, brother and his wife. We enjoyed our visit and the people staying downstairs were awesome! Plan on staying there again.
