Enjoy a walk through Denver's oldest neighborhood or explore local street murals. Though compact, our unit is fully equipped with a full kitchen, queen bed, TV, and more—perfect for exploring Denver's dynamic neighborhoods!

    The space:
    This is a studio guesthouse located above the garage with access from the alleyway. Should you encounter any issues, we are just steps away and ready to assist! Additionally, Curtis Park is right across the street, offering numerous amenities.

    Guest access:
    The access to the guest house is to the right of the garage when facing it. Please note that this is the only area available for our guests leading to the unit. However, if you're seeking some outdoor space, there's a large park just across the street!
