Need a vacation rental , a business stay, a temporary home. This is a place for you. If you are seeing this listing on a platform the is trying to collect an application fee or offer you this home as a place to rent long term rental, please don’t pay any application fee on this property it is fraud. Contact the authorities. This house is not listed on Craigslist or any platform that would ask for an application fee. The house is a one level floor plan perfect for you or your family and friends to have to yourself. Large area parking for your big or small trailers. A front porch area to enjoy a beautiful morning or night visit.
Sleeps up to 6. Two bedrooms two king, one sofa queen sleeper with memory foam mattress, a play and pack crib for your baby. Each room has a TV with cable , the living room has a smart TV, cable.
The kitchen has everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch, dinner. Seats up to 6 people. Grocery Stores close by.
There is a washer, dryer, and soap for your use.
The bathroom is newly remodeled, with a walk in shower, nice towels.
Come and enjoy your stay making yourself feel like this is home.

This classy farm style home has easy access to the City of Golden a 4 mile drive west where you will find many things to do. On 44th about 1 mile west you will find one of the finest train muesums " Colorado Railroad Museum" established in 1958. They offer train rides various weekends, guest can also see plenty of trains and exhibits inside and out. Continue west on 44th about 3.5 miles there you will find many more things to do in Golden MillerCoors Brewing Company tours,Miners Alley Playhouse, tubing on the river , lots of restaurants, 5 breweries, micro breweries.
East on 44th from your stay about 1 mile down the street you can pick up a Casino bus to take you Gambling in Central City or Blackhawk.
If you are looking to travel to the mountains you are a short drive to west I-70 about 2 miles from the highway will get you to the play ground of the Rockies in about 1 hour to ski, hike, ATV riding, horseback riding. Rocky Mountain National Park is about 1.5 hours drive where you can hike ,see elk ,fish, or simply drive and see beautiful Colorado.
If you are Arriving from DIA you have about a 45 min drive to this location.

It was a very clean nice quiet home. I come to Golden 6 to 8 times a year was staying at Holiday Inn but the rates have skyrocketed so I tried a new place. I will never stay in Holiday Inn again this is half the rate and 100% nicer. The Host were very accommodating and I will surly reach out next time I am in town.

Very clean. Excellent location. Stay here instead of paying more for a location in downtown Golden. Golden has ample parking and is only 5 minutes down the road. Close to both South and North Mesa hiking trails as well. Very cozy home with everything you need. Loved our stay.

Home was very clean, well decorated and welcoming. The location was great for getting to downtown Golden and freeways, but traffic noise somewhat spoiled relaxing on the front deck. We did enjoy the lovely kitchen and all the great windows. One bed was soft and the other firm, so we had choices.

Location was perfect. The place was perfectly clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Could have used more tissues (we all ran out) or pamphlets of the area. Just off a busy road…but that road takes you to everywhere you need to go! All in all a great place!!

We absolutely loved our stay in this charming home. We were in town for a weekend of Red Rocks concerts and the location was perfect. Great proximity to both Red Rocks and all the fun things to do in Golden. In addition to the great location, the house was incredibly comfortable and well maintained. It was pristinely clean and we enjoyed all of the thoughtful touches, like touch lamps with charging ports in all the rooms. The living room and bedrooms were very cozy, and the beds were beyond comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. I have traveled all over and this is one of the best house rentals I have ever stayed in. I will definitely stay here again in the future and recommend it to anyone looking to explore this beautiful area.

The property was very clean, great location for our visit to Red Rocks, and the host responded quickly to our questions. The neighborhood was fine - a little noisy as the home is on a corner near a busy road - but it felt very safe. Property was nice, was clean, large yard. Had a nice deck on front side that was comfortable. The only issue we had was all the security cameras and ring door bell. We felt like someone was watching us at all times Although we had 1 issue, but to my defense, i had read the Property info 6 months ago. We had my friends sister over with her dog for a quick dinner one nite, maybe 3 hours. Owner saw on cameras, called me out. All i can suggest - is that if it was taha serious of an issue, please post something about NO PETS. Also we were asked to strip beds, put towels in washer and start, plus make sure dishes were done. Why do we pay so much for a cleaning fee? Why should we leave a tip for cleaner if we are doing some of their work?

Long weekend for Red Rocks show

We spent a long weekend in Golden since we were going to a show at Red Rocks. This property was in a good location for easy access to the venue. It was also a short drive to downtown Golden where there are lots of good restaurants. The house was adequate for our needs. we enjoyed sitting on the front porch - there is plenty of comfortable seating. There was a bit of noise from the road since the house is on a corner but overall it was fairly quiet.

Great homebase when exploring western Denver

We were pleasantly surprised about how rooming and comfortable the house was. Everything was very clean and well decorated. The A/C was welcomed during our hot visit and enjoyed upon return from each day's activity. Nice full-sized refrig with cold water & ice dispenser in the door. This was the perfect spot to explore the western Denver area of Golden, Morrison, Black Hawk, & Idaho Springs. Excellent location if you are also visiting Red Rocks and taking in a concert at the amphitheater. I would definitely recommend this location to my friends. The VRBO & owners were very easy to work with.
