Transparency
The home was very clean and updated. We had everything we needed, but there was a huge ant mound in the driveway. We were bitten getting in and out of the car. There were also some ants in the washroom as well. When I say transparency, I mean please “state in your description of the home there is only one tv and one window unit. We had two kids we had to share a tv with which was very annoying when winding down for the night. It was very hot our first night there because there was the one small window unit. Eventually it cooled off but, it took a very long time. I did call the manager and the next day they sent someone out to check on the situation.( very fast) What was surprising is there was another whole side of the house that was separated by a washroom. We didn’t have to use that part, but if we did, the heat would have been unbearable for those occupying that side of the home.The neighborhood look somewhat not so great, but the neighbors were very quiet and we didn’t have any issues. Plenty of transits in the area. Some people would have not felt very safe. My husband is an officer so we were okay. These are all things you wouldn’t know until you completed your registration.It was not all bad. There were a ton of things that were good about the house. If a t.v or two were added and the window unit was increased by two and an exterminator was called about the bugs, I would consider staying there again. Very close to everything in all directions.
