    The Space:

    Welcome to a space where "less is more" leads to total relaxation. This third-floor residence features a brilliant white interior that maximizes the natural Colorado sunlight. The industrial-chic architecture is softened by organic decor and minimalist art, creating a soothing environment in one of the city's most active corridors. The open layout is anchored by a large 6-person breakfast bar, perfect for casual mornings before heading out.



    If you’re here for the big game, you’ve found your match—Empower Field is just a stroll away. Our location right next to I-25 means you can bypass city traffic and get on the road instantly. As with any world-class urban location, the proximity to the highway means some traffic noise is audible, providing a reminder that you are exactly where the action is.



    The bedrooms, featuring a King and a Full bed, are designed as true sanctuaries with bathrooms boasting high-tech glowing mirrors. Step outside onto your furnished balcony to enjoy views of the Downtown skyline—a sight that never gets old.



    Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.

Everything from the listing was 100% accurate. This was a beautiful condo and very clean and comfortable. Had some questions and the property manager was easily accessible and quick to respond. If ever back in the area would look to stay here again in a heartbeat. Also loved the views and that we were literally in walking distance to Empower Field.

Check-in process was clear and seamless. Communication with host was easy. Place was clean, comfortable, spacious with plenty of storage. Well stocked, including books and games. Loved all the windows and natural light. Great location to walk to Empower Stadium. Parking in lower garage was convenient. Although garage parking is first come, we never had an issue finding a spot. As mentioned it is near a highway so there is road noise. This didn't impact us, but we are not light sleepers. They do provide a sound machine. Would definitely stay here again.
