Large inviting home completely updated throughout with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Main floor you will find large living space with gas fire place, expansive/ open kitchen with large island and new appliances. Upstairs 4 bedrooms plus loft space and 2 bathrooms. Fully finished basement with recreational space to relax or watch a movie and full bath. Huge backyard with entertaining space to enjoy the beautiful Colorado weather and views from you hot tub! Roxborough is close to 2 state parks Chatfield reservoir for boating, hiking, swimming and Roxborough state park. Also near by is the amazing Arrowhead public golf course.
