Great location for shopping and food. Easy to hop on interstate 25. Very comfortable condo with everything you could need. Thank you so much for having extra toiletries available since I left all of mine at home! Hairdryer, curling iron, even a new toothbrush.

Very nice accommodation. Finally found the spatula hanging behind the cutting board! :) The only drawback would be for those older, like me, and short of breath, like me -- it is a third floor walk-up. Other than that it was very comfy. Thanks to the host.

The apartment was great! We had a lovely time staying in Nancy's one-bedroom place. It was clean and comfortable and convenient to the concert venue we were headed to. The complex was quiet and had easy parking and a pool. It is an older complex (80s), and the place is upstairs. We didn't have any problems with that, but some people might.

Stayed for 3 full weeks. Property was outstanding. It was clean and well stocked. Only had to shop for food. Location was excellent. Very convenient, right near I-25 and Arapahoe Road. Would recommend this to anyone for a short, or long stay.

Nothing fancy but clean

Disappointed that we had to carry our luggage and groceries up 3 floors due to no elevator. Parking was an issue due to construction that was currently happening but we never saw any workers. The owner was unwilling to accommodate us when we asked for more than 2 bath towels. Location was ok for our day trips.

Nothing negative to say. Enjoyed staying here once again. The only issue was parking, as they were digging up and replacing the asphalt. But that turned out to be no biggie. If you are looking for a great place, close to everything. You found it!

Great Location, Clean Location, Perfect Stay

The location is ideal for all the fun activities occurring in and around the Denver. The condo was clean and had all the essentials needed during our 5 day stay. I loved that it was on the top floor so you didn't hear any neighbors walking or jumping around. Communication with Nancy was easy and she went above and beyond when we though we left some personal items after our stay. Highly recommend!

I left after 1 day of my 14 day booking. Loveseat/chair SO old, you sink when you sit, thereby your knees are at shoulders. Both were approx 50 years old, worn and torn, covered with non-skid-backed pieces. TV had grainy picture, no tv in bedroom. Bed was not old, but a cheap mattress. Pillow were old and lumpy. this is a 3rd story walk-up - not mentioned in listing.

Another outstanding stay!

This is my 2nd stay at Nancy's condo and was just as great as the first time! It felt comfy staying here again. They really keep the place clean and everything is in working order. I have no complaints and they were even pro-active with calling me while driving over the condo from the airport to explain something! This condo is close to everything including the main highway. Highly recommended and I'll be back next time in Denver. Cheers!!

Would Highly Recommend!!

I have to say, I am really happy I found and stayed at Nancy's Condo... I had lived in Colorado over 20yrs, but decided to move back home to NJ in 2018 to help family. I come back to my "2nd" home often and have always stayed in hotels until this time. I absolutely loved the freedom and not being confined to noisy, stinky hotels... This little condo is awesome and pretty much how Nancy described it. The washer/dryer is a definite plus, not to mention the use of a kitchen. BTW, the showers water pressure is excellent lol... If ur looking for a better alternative than a dreary noisy hotel room. Choose this one. And the location is perfect. You will be close to restaurants, big box stores, bars, gas stations and highways... Enjoy I'll be back!!

A wonderful, comfortable home away from home!

Nancy, the host, prepared the apartment as though she was going to stay there. Everything was as stated in the description. Check in was easy and Nancy responded to our questions in a very short time. The apartment is very clean and a no-shoes policy was nice. We had everything we needed for sleeping, showering, and cooking. Two nice parks and walking trails are within a short distance. Grocery stores and shops are close as well. We would be happy to stay here again!

Vacation

My husband and I were visiting Denver and decided to try VRBO for the first time. The condo was clean, quiet and easy to get to (except the crazy Denver traffic😉) A small mix up when checking in but it was fixed quickly.
