Nestled between two parklets in a quiet neighborhood, this 1885 Victorian harkens back to her beginnings in the Wild West. Lovingly restored in 2016, her original charm has been kept in tact. Now a traveler's dream get-away. Enjoy all the the vintage art as well as all the new modern touches. Exceptional high-end chef's dream eat-in kitchen. Each room has a fun theme with custom art installations. Which one will you choose to sleep in? Full laundry, great coffee and snacks, TV room and cozy beds will help to make you feel right at home! Lounge area in the front living room has nice leather high-end love seat and chair to relax in. The Nest thermostat is easily customized for your comfort. Stay for a month or a year, you are welcome here!

The Whittier Wonder is close to everything. Walk or take a short Uber to many great restaurants and bars. Rent bikes and ride to Coors Field, the Convention Center or the National Western Stock Show. Lower Downtown (LoDo) and the 16th St. mall are both close by with lots of great shopping. The Zoo and the Museum of Nature and Science are walkable. Hit the Pepsi Center for an awesome concert or head out to world famous Red Rocks to listen to music under the stars.

The Wonder is one of Denver's original homes in a quiet neighborhood close to Downtown. She's a true Victorian with high ceilings, original wood floors and a tiger oak mantle. The lighting throughout is quite stunning and the dining room is to die for! The three different bedrooms all have custom themed art installations, with very comfortable new beds, tons of nice, high quality linens and private spaces. All amenities are new in this property and the renovation was done with a keen eye towards quality, custom craftsmanship and fine detail. Enjoy the gas stove in the full kitchen. Spend the evening in, relaxing in the separate TV room. Barbecue on the back patio utilizing the new gas grill or sip your coffee out there in the morning. Lounge around in a super plush bathrobe on the weekend. A deep soaking tub awaits you at night. You will enjoy "new meets old" in this incredible, well stocked space with all the modern amenities. A real traveler's dream come true!

Lynette, is a super host and a wonderful person. Did everything to make are stay pleasant. The pictures on her site doesn't do this home justification. This renovation was a project of love and it shows in the finished product. and her staging of her home is of JoAnna Gaines caliber. Looking forward to going back to Denver to stay here again, not sure if I should take my wife. It might cost me several honey-does

First Denver Visit
The accommodations were really unique and everything was very clean. We really liked the kitchen set up and it was well stocked. The bedrooms were comfortable and our son really enjoyed the train room. The place was located near a dog park and school which was nice in the morning for walks. It was centrally located for all of our day trips.
