Enjoy the new updates and a fully remodeled bathroom with a soaker tub. Being at the top of the hill in the Regis neighborhood provides us with beautiful sunsets and mountain views. With its convenient proximity to major highways, you'll have easy access to downtown Denver, Old Town Arvada, DIA, as well as the breathtaking Rocky Mountains. It is within walking distance from the Regis Campus.

Weekend get away

The house is clean and inviting.The back yard is colorful with lights to brighten the night.We sat outside when it was raining in the igloo dome watching the rain come down. Had a great weekend.

We had a great time staying here! There was a lot to do in the area, the hosts were communicative, and the amenities were great. Definitely a fun, cozy place to stay.

Lovely home

The house was great, we especially loved the indoor fireplace and the amenities of the backyard space - the hot tub stayed hot even in below freezing weather and inches of snow! And the dome/weather shell was nice to block out the wind if you wanted to sit outside for a bit. Being close to the interstate, a walmart/grocery center, etc. made it easy to get to everywhere we needed to go from the house. My partner and I both ended up getting sick during our stay (unrelated to the trip) and really appreciated that there were plenty of extra blankets and comfy furniture to rest on. Never saw or heard the downstairs tenant, even when we were using the shared laundry room. Would definitely recommend!
