Our spacious townhome is located in the Water Tower Village neighborhood of historic Olde Town Arvada. Our townhouse is completely furnished and fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Ground floor has private front door entrance, and a tandem two car garage with plenty of parking for two vehicles. Second floor is the main living area with living room dining room, office space and kitchen. Living room, is a large area with lots of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite movie or to enjoy the gas fireplace perfect for Colorado’s chilly evenings. Dining room table has seating for four we also have three barstools for additional seating or chit chatting with the chef. The kitchen is large with ample cupboard space and all the utensils, dishes, and cookware you will need. Off the living room you will find a balcony with comfortable seating, to enjoy our beautiful Colorado evenings. For the grill enthusiast, you will find a gas BBQ grill stocked and ready to enjoy.
On the third floor you will find the master bedroom with his and hers closets, a new queen size bed. In the master bath, you will find double sinks and a standalone shower. Second bedroom has large closet and new queen size bed. Also, on the third floor you find a large bathroom with tub, for a relaxing bubble bath. We also have a full-size stackable washer and dryer located on third floor for your convenience.
Let’s talk about Olde Town Arvada! Where you will find several restaurants ranging from fine dining to the local ice cream shop. Love shopping? Olde Town Arvada is filled with unique dress shops, bookstores, thrift stores and much more. You can leave your car at home because you can walk there in less than ten minutes.
Need or want public transportation? You can also catch public transportation a few steps away from the front door or in Olde Town Arvada. The train will take you to the mountains, Golden, Boulder and of course Downtown Denver where you will find restaurants, art, museums, theatre, parks, Elitches, music of all kinds and dance clubs. There is always plenty to see and do in Downtown Denver.
