LOCATION:
Guests will love their experience at the Belmar Shopping and Dining district! There you will find restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, art galleries, cafes, a movie theater, a bowling facility, and concerts in the summer and an ice rink in the winter! The home is only a 5 minute drive to Belmar!
You may notice on the map, another perk about the location is that it is in the middle of 4 of the best parks in the neighborhood, Addenbrooke Park, Carmody Park, Belmar Park, and Kendrick Lake.
Enjoy a round of tennis on the courts or shoot hoops on the basketball courts instead. Need to practice your soccer and baseball/softball skills, these parks have you covered. Most guests love simply taking a stroll around the lake or numerous walking trails available in Lakewood. The kiddos will love the playgrounds, especially the one at Carmody Park!
Two great public recreation centers are only 5 minutes away. At the rec center you will find indoor swimming/lap pools, wall climbing, an indoor running track, gymnasium, Pickleball court, cardio & weight machines and much more!

THE HOME:
This unique quad-level 5 bdrm/2bath home has been thoughtfully renovated inside and updated with new landscaping on the outside! The home has an upstairs, a main floor, a garden level, and a basement!
Guest will find 3 comfy king size beds, 2 queen size bed, 1 full size bed, 2 memory foam single fold up beds, and 1 single bed.
There are 2 full bathrooms, one located on the upper level and the second on the garden level. The oversized garden bathroom has a newly installed jetted air tub and a separate shower enclosure.
Catch up with friends and family in the living room or take the conversation over to the separate TV room. SMART TV or TV with streaming devices are provided for your stay, please feel free to sign into our personal streaming provider of your choice.
Washer, dryer, and detergent are on site for your convenience.
KID FRIENDLY:
A portable crib, a booster high chair, games, and other kid friendly items are ready for your stay. For our little visitors, 2 outdoor playsets are offered for their enjoyment.
OUTSIDE THE HOME:
Upon arrival of the home guests will find the entire space is fully landscaped.
Enjoy the beautiful Colorado nights on an oversized stamped and stained concrete patio. Two outdoor pergolas add to the charm of the backyard! The backyard is fully enclosed. There is a 6 person dining set and a 4 person conversational patio set. For those who love to grill, a BBQ awaits your visit.

Towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hair dryer, dish soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, cooking and baking supplies, cutlery, dinning ware, cooking oil, salt, pepper, spices, flour, sugar, coffee, tea, aluminum foil, Saran wrap, and other miscellaneous items are supplied in the home to make your stay the most enjoyable!
