Hello, my name is Noel Henry. I live in a nice home located in a quiet wooded neighborhood with great views! This listing is for a total of 4 Bedrooms and 2.5 Bath, it includes use to the kitchen and living areas as well as the outdoor amenities. I have built ourself an apartment in the basement which is where we reside and enter through a separate entrance. The rental is for the upper two levels of the home, which includes all the amenities. Smoking, Vaping, E-Cigarette’s are allowed outside
The space
The house is in a secluded location, with plenty of open space. It has a whole water filter, air purification, use of full kitchen, laundry room with a washer and dryer, office space, The outdoor space includes a gas fire pit, corn hole, horse shoes, 9-hole disc golf course, and if interested, there is a Recreation Center 1 block from the house that has a full pool and gym. The house has plenty of room for hosting/entertaining - please feel free to message me with any questions in regards to hosting.
Guest access
Guests will have access to a kitchen, living space, and of course, plenty of rooms for privacy. Wrap around porch and deck for outdoor actives. Horseshoe pit, outdoor wood burning fireplace, as well as a gas fireplace. No fenced in yard. Office space available with high speed internet (1.2 gigs). Guest passes to the Rec Center down the street will be provided upon customer request. The Rec Center consists of a pool, gym, hot tub, steam room, amongst many other amenities.
Other things to note
The home is located about 50 minutes from DIA, 45 minutes from Denver, 15 minutes from the closest light rail station, and 1.5 hours from the closest ski resort. I provide transportation through my company, Castle Rock Transportation LLC.
