Poor conditions. Carpeting badly soiled. Toilet in master bath needs repair. Had to shut water off at valve each time toilet used. Fan did not work in master bedroom and living room. Toilet paper holder in M/B broken. Lite bulb over vanity hanging down Dirty shower curtain and bath mats. Inadequate toweling and in poor shape. Close to rags. Rancid smell in kitchen cupboards. Ant problem at back door. No garbage can to empty trash. Smoking allowed but no place to empty cigarette can. Screws falling out of frame on front screen door.

Great house for a big family and being near Downtown!

The house was a great fit for our family of 10! It was very spacious and had many rooms for us to fit into. Each room was very clean when we arrived. We would've preferred some more towels and our garbage also piled up after awhile (there is no big garbage bin to put it in). We had some problems with checking in, but Darya was fast to respond and helped us out within 15min! We were very appreciative of her quick help!

Perfect!

Very enjoyable stay. About a 30 min drive from Denver International. The house is in a nice neighborhood and easily accommodated our party of 9 adults. Access to market less than a 5 min drive. Hair dryer in both bathrooms and ironing board and iron came in handy. I would stay again if ever in Denver. Note- very few condiments in the kitchen. Thank you Darya!

This is a really lovely space in close proximity to the airport and transit. The room was charming and had everything we needed. There was some noise from the kids upstairs, but it was never at an inconvenient time of day.

Great peaceful quiet place.

Nice little apartment on the outskirts of Denver. Restaurants close enough to walk too. Lyft is great for getting anywhere.

Good home for a large family.

Stayed at this home for 3 nights in preparation for our daughter’s wedding in Colorado Springs. The home is adequate for a large family gathering. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was adequately stocked. A couple things that could be improved was the lack of extra towels and outside patio furniture. Overall, the house was just what our family of 11 (4 generations) needed for our time in the Denver area.

Denver Wedding

My sister’s and I visited Col for a wedding the house was comfy with basic supplies. Would have enjoyed patio furniture. Neighbors were kind, neighborhood quite.

Lovely apartment near major shopping, the airport and freeway. Quiet family so it is very private. This is an upscale neighborhood.

Beautiful home!

Pictures do not do this house justice! This place is beautiful! Very spacious, neat and simple, and comfortable! The whole group was comfortable and there was enough hot water to go around. It had everything we needed. We all really enjoyed our stay and it's definitely worth the money to stay here. I would recommend this house to anyone and can't wait until I get to stay here again!

Cozy and charming space with kind hosts

The property is clean, welcoming, and well furnished, providing a wide array of amenities and a perfect location for exploring Denver. Mellese is friendly and was quite generous during our stay. Our flight was delayed an entire day after a snowstorm swept the east coast, so Mellese was kind enough to reimburse us for the day missed without us even bringing up the topic of a refund. The house provides a private entrance, so we didn’t see the family all that often, but they were quite pleasant when we did. Highly recommend this place!

Private, spacious, all the necessary basics

I really enjoyed my stay here. We had a private entrance, access to wifi, netflix, and they provided with the access code to the garage. They were very helpful and responsive. She was super sweet and even offered us some milk and oatmeal ! I thought that was very sweet and thoughtful of her, and it came in handy. It was perfect for me and my kids, enough space for all of us with all the necessary basics: fridge, microwave, plenty of towels and covers. It was comfy, and as a plus it smelled great the moment you open the door! We didn’t stay in too much but the TV and netflix was an unexpected plus!

Great for large groups

The property was clean and spacious with immediate ammenities. No washer and dryer, dishwasher detergent, or extra toilet paper so pack accordingly. About 20 minutes from downtown.

Cozy

Cozy. A little loud above in the morning but it's worth it for the comfort of the room. Not a lot of restaurants near by so you will need transportation. Soft bed, hot shower, and the ac was strong on a hot weekend.

Comfortable with plenty of space

This home was comfortable for our family stay in Denver. It was in a quiet neighborhood, but we could easily get to downtown. The kitchen was very nice. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nice. Would only like to see a few more items in the kitchen for cooking and serving, and would like to have more towels. We each had only one. Otherwise great home!

Great place!

It was the perfect amount of space for me, my husband and our two small children. The owner is extremely kind and was very prompt to answer any questions we had. It was very clean, cozy and had plenty of kitchenware and other items. It was much better than staying at a hotel for our vacation. We highly recommend!

Great place to stay and they are very responsive.

We were not very comfortable about renting a part of the house with a family living in it, but it worked out great. We had our own entrance it was very private we will stay there again when we go back to Denver if it is available. Mellese was very responsive to questions and when we thought it got a little warm we asked for a fan and they had one in front of the door by the time we got back.

Great basement apartment!!!

Great basement apartment close to where I needed to be...for someone traveling solo, this place had everything I needed...plenty of space and small kitchen was perfect for one person..had the ability to come and go as I needed and they were a wonderful host...next time I need to stay in this area, I am hopeful that I can stay again at this wonderful place!
