The dining area is perfect for enjoying a meal with your group and guests. The indoor dining table has enough chairs for 10 guests! The room flows effortlessly into the spacious lounge, which is complete with a large couch, and many big windows letting in a lot of light. Whether you want to open up your laptop to plan adventures for the day, host a dinner party, or just want to take things easy, this open-concept living room gives you all the space you need.
In the downstairs lounge area, there is also a pool table for your enjoyment.

The house has a big patio for your use with outdoor chairs, a volleyball court, a hot tub, and a cornhole. Light up the BBQ and enjoy the famous CO weather! There is ample parking in the driveway, garage, and street for up to 4 vehicles.
You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.
This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Interstate 70, Sheridan Boulevard, and Wadsworth Boulevard. There is a grocery store 4min away and many restaurants in the surrounding area.

This home is in a residential area and being respectful to the neighbors is very important. Parties that are excessively noisy will be shut down, and possibly be threatened with civil prosecution. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help.
Several days prior to check-in I will send you a link which contains an e-manual. In this manual you will find all necessary and relevant information relating to your stay. I have also included my suggestions for the best things to do around Denver, my favorite restaurants, hikes, nightlife, and much more!
Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1000. You are welcome to step on to the back patio and enjoy.
The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It cannot be used as a fireplace.
Once a week, on Fridays, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.
Please ensure you are following the quiet hours from 10pm - 8am. We respect our neighbors very much and expect the same from your group.
