BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

This spacious home features two lovely bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. The first bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed with sliding doors that open to the private backyard and an attached full bathroom.

The attached bathroom features double sinks and a large, standing shower. It is always fully stocked with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries.



The second bedroom has a comfortable Queen bed, dresser and two windows to let in tons of natural light.



There is a sleek modern bathroom across the hall from this bedroom which features a shower and bathtub combination so that you can choose between a relaxing soak or a refreshing shower.



KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM

Experience the perfect blend of style and functionality in the spacious open-concept kitchen and living areas. The living room greets you as you enter the home and boasts a large picture window that lets in plenty of natural light. There is also a comfortable sofa, two chairs and a comfortable reading nook with a lamp and a footstool. The living room features a large, mounted Roku HD TV that is ready for you to sign-in and stream your favorites. Or, grab one of the yoga mats and start the day with a workout. This room opens into the large kitchen and dining room.



Separating the two rooms is a large, granite countertop with the kitchen sink and stools so you can have an informal meal at the countertop. Further into the kitchen, there is a tall dining table with seating for four. The large kitchen has all updated, stainless-steel appliances, a coffee bar fully stocked with cream & sugar and all of the cookware and utensils you need to create a delicious meal.



On the other side of the kitchen is the laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer for your use. Always fully stocked with detergent and dryer sheets, this laundry room makes your vacation a breeze because you can always have clean clothes. There is a door in the laundry room that goes into the backyard.



OUTSIDE SPACE

Step outside and experience the perfect (usually!) Denver weather and outdoor space with our private backyard. There’s easy access through the door in the laundry room or the sliding glass door in the master bedroom, and after a few steps, you’ll find yourself in the spacious and private backyard. High fencing surrounds the large, four-person hot tub so you can relax and feel at ease while taking a dip. Adirondack chairs surround a wood firepit (bring your own firewood!) and patio seating by the hot tub means you can enjoy a meal in the fresh Rocky Mountain air.

Guest Access:

As guests, you will have private access to the entire home, including the spacious backyard area, two bedrooms, large living room, full kitchen and laundry room.

The home is set back from the street and the extended driveway provides plenty of parking for your vehicles.

No garage access.



Please do not smoke inside the home.



The Neighborhood:

This neighborhood is where houses and business intertwine- it is an up-and-coming area that is getting re-invented. Next door to the house is a pre-school and behind our house is an apartment complex. We have put up privacy fencing to make sure that your comfort and privacy are a top priority.



Getting Around:

The nearby bus and extensions of the public transit are less than 5 minutes walking distance away. You can catch a bus straight into Denver. Sloan's Lake is 1 mile south of our house, which is a great lake to walk around as well as eateries, breweries and shopping.

The main intersections near our house are Sheridan and 10th Ave.

From our house the Broncos Stadium is 3.7 miles, Rockies Stadium is 5.1 miles and the Ball Arena for the Avalanche and Nuggets is 4.2 miles away from our house.
