Great place for family time together

Plenty of space for everyone. Enjoyed are time walking the high line canal, playing billiards and just hanging out. Great location with quiet privacy.

Great Family Vacation

Our family flew into Denver from Florida, Virginia, Arizona, and California. The house was perfect for our big group, in a perfect location for exploring Denver. The host was great at communicating with us and was very helpful in changes we needed to make during our stay. We had a great time!

Great Place in Denver

The house has a good location for driving into Denver for loads of activities, and then coming back to a very quiet gated property that feels very secure. Our family enjoyed a super Christmas holiday stay! The home is nicely furnished and there was even a Christmas tree for us to enjoy and have a family photo taken! Perfect!

Beautiful Proprty

It is ideal for a large family gathering. Super clean and very good beds and bathrooms. The kitchen and living room are large enough to gather around and cook together. More than enough utensils plus a large refrigerator and two dishwashers. I would highly recommend this property.

Amazing!

Our group of 18 were in town for my daughter’s wedding and we wanted a place for immediate family. This home was incredible! Everyone had a very comfortable bed and a place to escape if you needed a minute. There was more than enough pillows, blankets, dishes, seating, etc. It was very clean and exactly as advertised. There were miles ipon miles of hiking/bike trails behind the property wirh multiple bikes available. We will rent this house again!

Terrific home base for a Denver weekend

We stayed at the estate for a weekend trip to Denver. It proved to be a perfect location for our trips to and from Ball Arena for basketball games and also Denver bars/restaurants. What’s more, the kitchen and yard were large enough for us to do full group meals and activities. Everyone (about 20 people) slept comfortably and there were plentiful bathrooms. Jim was an excellent host and promptly answered my questions throughout the stay. Finally, I would be remiss not to mention the beautiful walking trail accessible from the estate’s backyard! All in all, I highly recommend Jim’s place.

This property is so perfect for a large group. There are lots of gatherings spaces and places to hang out in small groups. Our group was all couples so having large beds and en-suites was awesome!! Jim, thank you for opening your home!

Family fun time!

This place was awesome! We had 15 in town to attend a family wedding. It was easy to have family together time and quiet time depending on what you were looking for! We had both insta cart grocery delivery and door dash as the location has many places to choose from. Would definitely stay here again if we were in Denver again.

Super time in the Big House

We had 12 old rugby mates from across the USA together for 4 days to golf and relaxing at the Big House. Spacious, easy to be with each other, fun meals, great watching Olympic Rugby in the theater. Thank you Jim!

Amazing location

House was huge-large enough for the individual families to have their own space. The house was in the city, but felt like the country. The bedrooms, basement and kitchen were perfect (I now want multiple dishwashers in my own kitchen)! House and landscaping need a little tlc, but definitely a 9.5 out of 10.

Very roomy!

The inside of the house is very big and roomy and had ample room for different activities. The beds were very comfortable. The number of bathrooms was awesome. The house was very well stocked from detergents to towels. I appreciated that. Communication was really simple and easy with the owner. He left a written welcome note with treats. Would stay here again.
