The Space:

Whether you're new to traveling or if this is your fifteenth trip to Denver, this stylish multi-level townhome near the I-25 and Hwy 6 interchange puts you in the perfect spot to experience the best of Colorado. With easy access to the mountains, downtown Denver, Boulder, the Tech Center, and DU, you're just a short drive away from wherever your next adventure takes you.



Inside, this bright and open home is designed for relaxing and recharging. On the entry level, you’ll find a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, plush couch, and a smart TV for chill nights in. The adjacent dining area and kitchen island seating make it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals, while the sleek kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the essentials. A convenient half bath rounds out this floor.



Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms. The primary suite is your own retreat, complete with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, private balcony, and ensuite bath with a dual vanity and walk-in glass shower. The second bedroom offers flexibility with a queen-size sleeper sofa and a full ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo—perfect for guests or extra space. You’ll also find a washer and dryer, plus a bit of workout equipment if you’re up for a quick session (it’s not a full gym, but it does the trick!).



The top level is all about views and vibes. Set up your laptop in the dedicated workspace with monitor, or step out onto the private west-facing balcony to grill, dine, or just kick back and take in stunning sunsets over the Rockies, including Mt. Blue Sky.



Extras include an oversized 1-car detached garage, plus street parking, and pet-friendly vibes—because your furry friend deserves a getaway too (pet fee applies).

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.

We absolutely loved our time in the home. The host thought of almost everything and I truly felt like I was home away from home. The bed was probably more comfortable than Ive experienced in a long time and the home is located in the middle of almost everything. I was able to walk less than a block for coffee, food, snacks and entertainment. I would definitely recommend this home if you’re looking for a clean, spacious home.
