We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. Please make yourself at home, your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. We can be reached via phone or through your booking app before, during, or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

You are welcome to make yourself at home and enjoy every room and feature of this property, with the exception of two locked supply closets and the garage.

If you have any questions or need recommendations for activities and sights in the area, your hosts are readily available to assist you via booking app, phone or text. The home features a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access during your stay.

Sleeping arrangements
This spacious home accommodates up to 13 guests with five bedrooms and six beds. Upstairs, four bedrooms offer soft linens and extra blankets, while a downstairs suite includes twin XL Murphy beds with privacy curtains. A bonus air mattress adds flexibility for larger groups.

Entertainment & relaxation
Host movie nights in the private theater room with a 75-inch Smart TV and reclining sofas, or take on friendly competition in the game room featuring Xbox, Oculus VR, Nintendo 64, air hockey, and arcade classics like Pac-Man and Star Wars pinball. Board games, cozy seating, and the KidzKorner play nook keep both adults and children entertained.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a private backyard retreat with a spa pool, fire pit, and outdoor seating. During chilly months, unwind under the stars or enjoy quiet moments on the patio. A BBQ grill and dining area offer space for family meals when weather allows.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing and sharing meals. Cook with ease using the stove, oven, or rice maker, then gather around the dining table that seats 12 for shared dinners or morning coffee before exploring the area.

Two dedicated workspaces with natural light and high-speed WiFi support remote work, while the home gym - complete with weights, rowing machine, and yoga mats - helps you stay active indoors.

Exploring Denver and its amazing surroundings is easy with a rental car or ride-share service. Denver's public transportation system is reliable, but it doesn't provide the same level of freedom as having your own vehicle. To get the most out of your stay, we suggest renting a car or using a ride-share service.



Please note that we have moved the air hockey table to the garage to create more space for the Murphy beds. Also note, there is a tool kit in the laundry room, if needed.

Our house is not suitable for parties or loud music enthusiasts. Quiet hours commence at 10 pm. To ensure everyone's comfort, we've installed noise monitoring devices that gauge decibel levels during these hours; please rest assured, that they do not record or listen to audio.
