Great Stay in Denver

This was a very cute and clean place for a very reasonable price. The bathroom and kitchen were updated and well equipped. It was perfect for our family (me, my husband, daughter and two dogs) for a few days while we got some renovations done on our house. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We really appreciated the yard for our two dogs. The neighborhood (near Berkeley in Denver) was great, and there are lots of restaurants, shops and coffee places close by. We would definitely recommend this host/unit. The only drawback was the pillows could have been comfier and it may be awkward having a shared patio/backyard space with other guests. When we’re were there, no one else was staying in the adjacent unit so we had some privacy.

We had a great stay with our two Goldens! We attended “Goldens in Golden” and the best part about this place was the fenced in yard! Our dogs absolutely loved it and the place was very clean and modern!

I traveled to see my daughter at college and this was a great location. I had a couple requests for the host and he answered immediately and was very accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There were a couple pots that weren't useable and the host immediately took care of that issue for me. I will be staying there again!

We stayed in the back area of the house. The house was a good size for our family of 4 and our dog. Nice big backyard with fire pit and plenty of room for our dog and 1 year old to play. Awesome fire pit. Interior has two bedrooms, a nice big sofa and kitchen, laundry, great for smaller familes. The location is great, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Close to walmart, grocery stores, restaurants and 10 to 15 minutes from downtown Denver. So it's a good location to be out of the city but close enough to everything. We will definitely be back.

Our stay was short but our rental was so cozy and perfect for my boyfriend and I. The neighborhood is adorable and quaint with a short walk to cafes and restaurants. About 15 min from downtown Denver, it’s a prime location. Anthony was an amazing host and hope to stay here again! Thank you for everything Anthony!
