Great Family Setting

We had a great stay with our two kids (12 & 16) and enjoyed the central location. Less than two hours from both Rocky Mountain National Park and Keystone ... close to Denver and Boulder. The house was clean and had plenty of room to keep everyone comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Beds are comfortable and there was a small pet door for our daushound. Quiet neighborhood and close to park and fitness center.

Colorado Road Trip

Todd and Bobbi's house was awesome! It is very well appointed with everything you may need when away from home. The neighborhood was safe and convenient for a visit to Boulder (15 min) to see our son. Having an attached yard was nice as we were traveling with our dog. Great communication.

Great week in the great outdoors

This property was fantastic, it had everything my family needed for a week of outdoor activities. Our boys loved the game room and we comfortably hosted a dinner with my cousin's family. Todd and Bobbi were excellent hosts, and really made us feel welcome. They have put a lot of love and details into this property and it's one of the best we've stayed in. We were 30 minutes from Boulder, Golden, Red Rocks, and the airport, the location was really, really good.

Great family vacation

Visiting from Alaska for a family vacation with my husband and two kids. Location was perfect between Boulder and Denver in a quiet neighborhood. House was easy to find, clean upon arrival, and the garage was a much appreciated touch. The beds were very comfortable and the basement ping pong table, darts, and board games got plenty of use! Everything was wonderful, hosts were very quick to respond and offer advice on activities in the area or answer any questions I had. I would absolutely stay again.

Fantastic House - Exceeded Expectations

Todd's house is the place to stay if you are in the area. It was very clean and everything you could need was found in the house. Neighborhood was quiet with a park just 2 blocks from the house. Although the park is currently under renovation, the paths were still open and a great place to start your morning. Needless to say, the property exceeded out expectation and will return in the future.

One of the MOST comfortable stays!

We definitely enjoyed our stay in Westminister. My husband, our 2-year old and myself were in town for a wedding and this location was absolutely perfect. We were lucky enough to stay in October when the neighborhood was decorated for Halloween, and we just had a ball looking at all the creative designs the neighbors came up with - LOL! The house itself was set up with all the conveniences of home (but better) and even had toddler-approved dishware and a highchair we were able to use. The beds were really comfortable, the check-in / check-out process was super easy, and the rules of the house were clear and easy to follow. Overall, we will definitely look to stay here during our next visit! Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Clean & Comfortable Stay!

We had a wonderful stay here with our two dogs. The home is in a nice neighborhood with sidewalks and a short walk to a very large park with several paved trails. The beds and living areas were very comfortable and the backyard was well kept. There was a dog bag dispenser on the fence and a small doggie door. You can tell Todd & Bobbi really thought about what all would go into hosting their home. They had everything we needed, even things that might be overlooked, like ziplock bags and extra blankets and pillows. Plus they had a lovely coffee selection. The welcome book they left has restaurant, grocery, and other recommendations. It was a great help!

Family house

Was in town for our nieces wedding. The location, house set up, and neighborhood was great for what we needed. It was big enough for us to have about 20 family members over for dinner and have enough room to not be on top of each other. The grill worked great! Having the basement with the ping pong table and dart board was awesome. Our teen nieces and nephews were able to hang out downstairs. It is very close to great walking paths and park which we did walk every morning. Great escape from our hot TX weather! Todd was a great attentive host. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. It has spices and some basic essentials in cabinet and full size washer and dryer.

Comfortable and Welcoming

We felt safe and cozy in this home located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It is located about half way between DIA and downtown Boulder. The house was clean and well equipped. The beds and furniture were comfortable. It is roomy without being massive. It was the perfect spot for 7 adults and a child to stay.
