This house is set up for great friends gatherings weekends or a family with young ones (toddler bed etc).

The space
There are three bedrooms upstairs and each has its own bathroom:

The primary has a king bed.

The secondary has a queen bed.

The third bedroom is a toddlers room with a crib but please let us know ahead of time and we are happy to set up a queen air mattress for you.

There is an office downstairs which has a great work space and peloton! This can also be set up with an air mattress for additional sleeping. The bathroom downstairs outside the office includes a shower as well.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire house except the master bedroom closet and garage. There is street parking.
Other things to note
There is an ADU (carriage house) above the garage that is tenant occupied. It is separately gated and fenced and there are no shared spaces. Guests will not have access to the ADU and the tenant will not have access to the main house, yard, or hot tub.

Also, please note this is a personal residence so you will find the master closet locked off, and be mindful there can/ will be food in the pantry.

The house is professionally cleaned before and after your stay. We have a golden retriever and a one year old so please excuse any dog or kid toy accidentally left under couch.
